Pre-Planning
- Eulogy Creation: We’ll craft a eulogy that authentically reflects your personality, memories, and life lessons—whether you want it to be humorous, heartfelt, or a mix of both.
- Music Selection: Together, we select music with personal meaning, from favourite songs to traditional pieces, creating a soundtrack that resonates with your life.
- Poetry and Readings: We’ll choose readings, poems, or verses that reflect your beliefs or experiences, adding emotional depth to your ceremony.
- Floral Arrangements and Charitable Donations: We’ll personalise these elements from meaningful flowers to charities close to your heart to fully reflect your values.
Flexible Service Options
I offer three options based on the length and level of detail you desire:
- 20-Minute Service: Includes a concise eulogy, music selections, and one reading for a simple, meaningful ceremony.
- 30-Minute Service: Features an extended eulogy, additional music choices, and two or more readings or reflections.
- 40-Minute Service: Provides a comprehensive eulogy, multiple readings, and additional moments for reflection, allowing for a detailed and in-depth farewell.
Each service option includes a personalised plan that captures your preferences, ensuring your ceremony feels complete and accurate to your wishes.
Working with Your Funeral Director
Once the time comes, your loved ones will still need to contact a funeral director to arrange the service logistics. I am here to work closely with the funeral director, providing them with the complete service plan we’ve created together. This collaborative approach ensures that every detail—from the music to the eulogy to any specific requests—is handled smoothly and respectfully.
Guidance and Support on the Day
Besides pre-planning, I am honoured to serve as the celebrant, guiding attendees through the service with warmth and compassion. With the service already planned according to your wishes, I’ll ensure that the ceremony flows seamlessly, allowing your loved ones to focus on remembering and celebrating your life.
